Hans Trujillo, Founder and Creative Director at ENHANSE
As artificial intelligence continues to reshape industries at an unprecedented pace, the marketing and advertising world is facing a profound transformation. For Hans Trujillo, Founder and Creative Director at ENHANSE, this shift is not a distant possibility—it is already happening.
With more than 25 years of experience working across major advertising markets including Miami, Houston, and Los Angeles, Trujillo has witnessed the evolution of the industry firsthand. But it was over the past two years that he began to actively prepare for what he describes as an inevitable disruption.
“Artificial intelligence is impacting almost every industry, and advertising will be one of the most affected,” he explains. Anticipating this shift, Trujillo pursued formal training, including courses with Google, and specialized in AI to better understand how to integrate it into creative and marketing processes.
The result is ENHANSE’s latest offering: AI-driven services designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses. Officially launched just four months ago, the model focuses on implementing artificial intelligence tools to streamline operations, accelerate production, and optimize marketing performance.
Unlike traditional agencies, Trujillo is not positioning his company as a partner to agencies—but as a direct alternative. His clients are primarily businesses seeking efficiency and results without the overhead costs associated with large agency structures.
“Companies are used to paying for offices, retainers, large teams, and complex logistics,” he says. “With a model like ours, they can eliminate many of those costs while gaining speed and effectiveness.”
At the core of ENHANSE’s value proposition is agility. By integrating AI into workflows, Trujillo can deliver in days what might take traditional agencies weeks. This not only reduces costs, but also significantly increases productivity and responsiveness—two factors that are becoming critical in today’s fast-moving digital environment.
However, Trujillo is careful to position artificial intelligence as a tool, not a replacement for human expertise. His approach combines advanced technology with decades of creative experience, particularly in digital marketing strategy and campaign execution.
“AI should never operate without human supervision,” he emphasizes. “It’s a powerful tool, but it needs direction, judgment, and creativity.”
This philosophy is embedded in ENHANSE’s approach and identity. Beyond implementing AI solutions, the company offers end-to-end marketing services, including strategy development, content creation, and campaign management—all enhanced by AI capabilities.
Among his current clients is Cemento Duracem, a major cement company in Honduras. Over the past three months, ENHANSE has developed and executed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the brand, focusing on platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn. The service includes everything from content calendars and scripts to fully produced creative assets.
“The client receives a complete package,” Trujillo explains. “We deliver strategy, execution, and content—everything aligned and optimized.”
His growing portfolio also includes clients in Colombia and the United States, ranging from a law firm to a personal brand in the health and wellness space. In one case, Trujillo designed a custom AI agent to help a Miami-based psychologist manage appointments, emails, and daily administrative tasks, allowing her to focus more on her core work.
Looking ahead, Trujillo believes the traditional agency model will undergo a significant transformation in the next two to three years. While large agencies will not disappear overnight, he predicts a gradual shift toward smaller, more agile structures powered by AI.
“The future will belong to leaner agencies that can solve problems faster, more simply, and at a lower cost,” he says.
A key focus for ENHANSE is the U.S. Hispanic market, which Trujillo identifies as a massive and still underleveraged opportunity. With its economic scale and cultural influence, he believes this segment will play a crucial role in the future of marketing—and in the adoption of AI-driven solutions.
“If the U.S. Hispanic market were a country, it would rank among the largest economies in the world,” he notes. “The opportunity is enormous.”
Operating from Miami, Trujillo leads a distributed team with specialists in Colombia and Spain, enabling him to combine creative production, AI development, and strategic oversight across multiple markets.
Ultimately, ENHANSE represents a hybrid vision of the future—where technology enhances human capability rather than replacing it. As Trujillo puts it, the goal is clear: “Think first, then AI.”
In an industry on the brink of transformation, that balance between innovation and human insight may prove to be the ultimate competitive advantage.
