100 días para enamorarnos won Best Telenovela

Marcos Santana received the award for 100 días para enamorarnos (Telemundo Global Studios) as winner of Premios PRODU in the category Best Telenovela.

Santana, with laughter and joy, thanked PRODU and everyone who made this event possible in these difficult times “we are all going through”.

“100 días para enamorarnos means a lot to us and for me at a personal level. We began shooting this novela and stopped right in March when the quarantine came”.

He extended congratulations to the entire NBCUNiversal Telemundo Global Studios team, that supported him in carrying this project forward, and to Netflix, in which the telenovela is in the first position in over 24 countries.

“My goal was always and has always been today´s: to raise the quality of Latino content,” he ´pointed out.

He also congratulated the other nominees in this category: Amar y vivir (FOXTelecolombia/ Caracol Televisión); Amor sin igual (Record TV and Casablanca/ Record TV); Rubí (W Studios/ Univision and Televisa); and Te volveré a encontrar (América TV and Pro TV/ América TV).
