Lina Cáceres, VP, Digital at LatinWE, the first company in opening a digital celebrity management department, says that the constant changes of platforms´ algorithms, content creators must be a voice on platforms and not an echo.

“We must find the way for the message to build solid communities to take them to social networks and not depend on the algorithm changes to add followers or have views,” comments Cáceres.

“All this time work didn´t stop, we continue to work remotely, it has been difficult because I like to stay on top of things, making decisions, but luckily, we found the tools to make projects, as part of conferences and workshops, talking to company employees so they are not afraid of virtual things,” she adds.

Cáceres, also recently launched the book Cómo Triunfar en el Mundo Digital (How to Succeed in the Digital World), a book that will reveal the secrets behind the cameras of the most famous YouTubers in Latin America and offering the guidelines to become a social media celebrity.
