In this production, we will be able to travel to the time when a magical universe—whose existence was unknown in other continents—is unveiled to the world. There, the torrid romance of the Spanish conqueror Pedro de Heredia (Emmanuel Esparza) and the Indian Catalina (Essined Aponte), the woman who became an icon of the blend of those two cultures during those years.

Lisette Osorio, VP, International Business at Caracol Televisión, stated: “Once again, we are risking to travel in time to bring to our markets a passional legend that conveys all the ardor of the time of the conquest. A risky story that will speak a universal language: love for disputes, and the exquisite mixture of cultures that gave place to the world as we know it today".
