Discovery+ to launch in Brazil in September

After a successful launch in the US and other key markets earlier this year, Discovery announces the arrival of its streaming service Discovery+ for September 2021 in Brazil.

The Latin American team is currently working with top local and global production companies on over 40 titles to be released during the next two years, in addition to over 150 shows in development. These titles will be an extraordinary complement to the superb pipeline of content created for discovery+ in the US and internationally, which includes over 200 new original titles ready to premiere in 2021, and many more to come,” said Fernando Medin, president DLA/USH. “Since its launch in the US, Discovery+ has garnered very positive reviews from both consumers and the media. We are convinced that discovery+ will be a great success in this market.”
