TV Azteca announced the appointment of Fidela Navarro as new director of Signal and Content Distribution, in substitution of Marcel Vinay, who will retire after 15 years as a reference in the TV industry.Navarro, who currently directs AZTV de paga -business division in charge of programming and distribution of Azteca´s channel portfolio for national and international closed circuit TV operators- has the task of opening the door to new commercialization horizons for the company’s signals in pay TV in Mexico and abroad.Through a press release, TV Azteca acknowledges the directors work and highlights that they will make the most of her contribution to the development of new projects and alliances, both with new approaches and goals as part of the new business models required by Aztecas General Management, under Benjamín Salinas responsibility the last few months.Finally, the document highlights and thanks Marcel Vinay Hill for 15 years of work. He is the current International Sales Director, and was the area leader during that time. Aside from this, he held posts in programming, production, novelas and international affairs.
