JK Media Group will open a new post-production center in Bogota in early 2023

JK Media Group is preparing the opening of a post-production center in Bogotá that should be ready early next year.

“The volume of projects in Spanish in Los Angeles and Miami has overtaken our capacity and also the number of Spanish-speaker editors. Bogota has excellent post-producers both in scripted and unscripted,” explained Sebastián Jiménez, Executive Director of JK Media Group.

For the company, Colombia is a very important market. “We have always appreciated the quality of the productions and the excellent level of the crews that show a commitment to meet very high quality goals,” he indicated.

Jiménez said that he feels a particular affection for Colombia, where his career kicked off. “Colombia has always stood out as a country and above all our people are able to adapt and face any challenge no matter what. I’m sure there will be changes in the country, but with our local team, led by Mónica Cardona, we can continue to offer a service that will always exceed market expectations,” he concluded.
