18 Cannes Lions and 26 Effie Awards later, and becoming one of the most awarded creatives in the U.S. Hispanic market in recent years, Pepe Aguilar announces it is time to fly again, but now with his own agency: Bloom.
“I founded Bloom as a Creative Prosperity Agency, based on the principle of generating prosperity for our brands, clients, agency talent, and consumers' announced Aguilar in a LinkedIn post.
The agency is formed by a borderless network of top talent across North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Spain.
“We’ve chosen our hand-picked talent for their proven ability to deliver extraordinary creative solutions. Bloom also has access to data and media tools, for an integral agency service. Bloom rescues the set of values any agency should hold dear, but without the white-elephant structure that leads to inflated costs and mediocre talent working for the brands on an everyday basis. We believe in the democratization of creative solutions so not just big corporations, but also mid-size companies, have access to awe inspiring creativity” he describes.
This way, Aguilar says farewell to GREY. “ I am the most awarded creative of Grey North America in both Cannes Lions 2019 and Effie Awards 2020. I leave with gratefulness in my heart and a history of success across four countries, but it’s time to apply my experience in service of a better alternative of the agency model”
