RTVE: We present the channel Star HD because of the potential it has for the region

RTVE presented during Andina Link its signal Star HD. It is a theme channel with fiction series, entertainment and news that arrives to the region to diversify even more the content offers of the various cable operators in the industry.Star HD is available only in VTR in Chile, but throughout 2016 they hope to reach the markets in Puerto Rico, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru and the US, according to what María-Jesús Pérez, Assistant Sales Director at RTVE, told PRODU. For his part, Rodolfo Domínguez, Commercial director at RTVE, expressed: “Andina Link is one of the most important markets in the regions. It was essential for us to come introduce our signal, because we are convinced of the potential it offers and the future benefits that result from counting on our signal in the various grids”.Star HD programming includes series that have achieved the best audience results in Spain, as well as awards in several international contests. Fictions, such as Isabel, whose broadcast rights have been acquired by TV stations in nearly ninety countries, La Señora, Gran Reserva, Los Misterios de Laura and of course, emblematic series like Cuéntame, which offer a vision of the history of Spain from the 1960s to the 1980s.
