Streaming service aggregator ScreenHits TV (SHTV) is in the process of closing an agreement with Chinese smart TV maker TCL for some 44 million TV households in Latin America, where the company has a great presence. “We are anxiously awaiting this agreement and others that are about to materialize,” said Rose Hulse, founder, and CEO of the company.

Hulse hopes to extend their Paramount+ affiliation agreement in the US to Latin America, as well as others. They have just added the independent film streaming platform, Cindie, to ScreenHits TV in the region.

The company recently closed an agreement with Wurl for the global distribution and monetization of FAST channels in ScreenHits TV’s current territories – the US, UK, Germany, Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina – as well as several new territories later this year as part of its rapid international expansion efforts throughout Europe, Latin and North America, the Indian subcontinent and Africa.
