Tanya De Poli of Ogilvy Miami: Making a shortlist at the LatAm Effie Awards means so much to us

Ogilvy Miami is one of the finalist agencies in the 2019 Latin American Effie Awards. The company made the shortlist with itsAmEx for Foodies campaign for American Express in the multi-market Financial Products and Services category. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony to take place during the closing of the +CTG in Cartagena, Colombia, next October 4.
“For Ogilvy Miami it means a lot to be on a shortlist at the LatAm Effies for two very relevant reasons: this office had never reached this particular honor and also because American Express is such an important brand” said the agency’s General Manager Tanya De Poli.
The executive was a judge in this edition and noted that the jury has been very demanding with the entries’ quality level. "Many works were left off the shortlist, which is why we’re so satisfied with having reached this point. We hope that now it can become a goal" De Poli said.
