Telemundo Internacional: More than 27 titles on OTT platforms worldwide

More than 27 Telemundo Internacional titles are present on different digital platforms.“Telemundo Internacional has a very competitive content offer and we work lock-step with our commercial partners to keep up with the trends. Consumers are increasingly using OTT platforms, which provide personalization based on taste and offer more exclusive content. Increased access to this technology is fed by availability of VOD content and online live feeds,” said Luis Daniel Capriles, VP of Digital Media International Sales.Telemundo Internacional continues to strengthen its digital catalog, looking for new projects on platforms were it can offer over 1,500 hours of content. Additionally, Telemundo Internacional has placed on DramaFever and Viewster over 5 telenovelas for U.S. Hispanic from its TVN Chile catalog, expanding to Mexico and Spain.Some of the latest productions and superseries in the Telemundo Internacional catalog include the original versions of La Reina Del Sur and El Señor De Los Cielos. “Our efforts continue to focus on VOD, and that is why we continue to adapt key titles that are especially directed, reproduced and edited for digital platforms,” added Capriles. Telemundo Internacional is also at the forefront of social media. Through Facebook’s Q.in community, in association with Quaxar, the company offers on-demand content to its users, and in the mobile arena, the Telemundo Internacional VOD app for Samsung Latin America is already available in five countries in the region.
