Telemundo premieres season two of super series Señora Acero simultaneously on multiple platforms

As part of the season two premiere of its super series {Señora Acero;} (75x60'), Telemundo will have a special Noche de Acero programming block on Tuesday, September 22. The evening begins at 7pm/6c with a Noticias Telemundo special Las Mujeres del Narco, a special program that investigates the role of women in the world of drug trafficking. The special will be followed at 8pm/7c with a two-hour look back at season one of Señora Acero, allowing viewers to relive key moments in the action leading up to the season two premiere at 10pm/9c. For the first time in its history, the network will air the premiere simultaneously on television, VOD, {}, Twitter, Periscope and YouTube. Señora Acero stars Blanca Soto and a supporting cast from season one including Litzy, Lincoln Palomeque, José Luis Reséndez, Jorge Zárate, Aurora Gil, Alejandro Calva, Valentina Acosta, Alberto Agnesi, Alejandro García, Andy Zuno, Luciana Silveyra and Sergio Lozano. Season two also features Ana Lucía Domínguez, Rodrigo Guirao, Diego Soldano, Carla Hernández, Francisco Pakey Vázquez, Óscar Priego, Mauricio Martínez and Astrid Hernández, as well as an up-and-coming young cast including Michel Duval, Isabel Burr and Mauricio Henao. Telemundo has created several marketing elements to compliment the premiere of the second season of Señora Acero. For the first time ever, the network has created an interactive digital comic book integrating the latest parallax and web technologies to deliver an audiovisual experience like no other. The interactive comic book, and Facebook App, detailing the first season is now available on {}. Additionally, the network has partnered with digital content creator Giphy, to generate multiple shareable gifs and memes containing memorable moments and quotes from the first and second seasons. Produced for Telemundo Studios by Argos Televisión, Señora Acero was written by Roberto Stopello (La Reina del Sur) and directed by Miguel Varoni (Señora Acero season one) and Carlos Villegas (El Señor de los Cielos).
