Telemundo remains #1 Spanish-language network Mon-Fri 8-11pm among A18-49 for 4th consecutive week

Telemundo continues its historic winning streak ranking as the #1 Spanish-language network during Monday-Friday 8-11pm primetime for the fourth consecutive week, averaging 894,000 among Adults 18-49 for the past four weeks, according to Nielsen.

In addition, the network ranks as the most watched Spanish-language network in Monday-Friday 8-11pm primetime for the sixth consecutive week, averaging 391,000 among Adults 18-34 for the past six weeks.

Telemundo’s successful primetime lineup of contemporary stories produced specifically for Hispanics in the U.S. – Jenni Rivera: Mariposa de Barrio at 8pm, Sin Senos Sí Hay Paraíso at 9pm and El Señor de los Cielos at 10pm – has consistently outperformed each of Univision’s most recent premieres this month among Adults 18-49, including Enamorándome de Ramón on August 8 at 8pm (736,000 vs 616,000) and La Tierra Prometida on August 7 at 10pm (1,301,000 vs 805,000), and Mi Marido Tiene Familia at 9pm on August 21 (995,000 vs 719,000).

For the second consecutive week, Telemundo outperformed the delivery of Univision and Unimás combined among Adults 18-49, beating both networks last week by +12% (918,000 vs 823,000) in Monday-Friday 8-11 p.m., and topped FOX (750,000) and The CW (296,000).

For the fourth consecutive week, Telemundo also beat the combined delivery of Univision and Unimás among Adults 18-34, outperforming both networks last week by +28% (436,000 vs 341,000) in Monday-Friday 8-11pm, and topped CBS (360,000), FOX (256,000) and The CW (108,000).

In addition, last week, Telemundo’s share in Spanish-language television outperformed the combined share of Univision and Unimás among Adults 18-49 (53% vs 47%) and Adults 18-34 (56% vs 44%) in Monday-Friday 8-11pm.
