Televisa launched its new youth production Like, La Leyenda, produced by Pedro Damián, who defined the project as a multiplatform, multi-star and multicultural content, shot in Mexico, Brazil, and Japan.

“In April we will start with the project in digital, with a virtual casting that moved to a reality, where people will get to know what is behind. We managed to create a grid on this platform, which isn’t necessarily aligned with the series, but defined according to the activities we have made, preparing it for open TV,” commented Damián.

The producer assured there would be 14 stories shown through organic content, similar to the kind you see on platforms such as YouTube: “It is a project with no clichés, with the language young people use, with actions that will take place in real life. The format is more a series, with stories that will be resolved throughout the 97 episodes in a first delivery and the 65 episodes of the second season”.

Finally, he mentioned that this story will travel to different international markets and that Japan is the one who has the greatest interest to air it.

Like had its debut on August 10 at 6:30pm on Televisa in Mexico. This production will soon be aired on Univision in the US.
