Grupo Televisa, the world’s largest Spanish-language media conglomerate, celebrated this past Tuesday its 20th anniversary being traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Emilio Azcárraga, president and CEO of Grupo Televisa, was invited to the sound the day’s opening bell at the Exchange.“Televisa has been involved with the NYSE since 1993. Since then, its shares have been popular with mutual funds and private investors, which makes us a solid company,” said a company communication.As of now, company shares have grown 14.11%, and since joining NYSE 20 years ago, it has grown 87.37%.
