Televisa: We launched Amor de Barrio with three million impacts on social networks

Six years after his last telenovela (Heridas de Amor), the producer Roberto Hernández presented on Wednesday his new story for Televisa Amor de Barrio (105x60’), starring Mane de la Parra and Renata Notni, which was launched on Monday June 8th at 4:40pm on Canal de las Estrellas, and whose social platforms launched a few months ago already have more than three million impacts. “Three months ago we devised a plan for working on social networks, today we have more than three million impacts and that is why we are grateful with people who go there to support our project. For our digital platform {Amor de barrio;} on, as well as on mobile devices and on the official app, Thursday June 4th at 10:35pm we had a special Gala de Barrio, where Julión Álvarez interpreted the official theme song of the telenovela, and there were many other surprises before the great debut”, commented the producer. Hernández highlighted that Amor de Barrio is a miniseries composed of 24 episodes, each one 5 minutes long, exclusively for digital, which will be broadcast once a week, with a digital strategy coordinated by Leonardo Marker and produced by Eduardo Patiño. Amor de Barrio was launched Monday June 8th at 4:40pm on Canal de las Estrellas with an estimate of 16.7 audience points, only under telenovelas from the same channel in primetime schedule: Lo Imperdonable (18.5), which is aired at 9:20pm and Amores con Trampa (17.8) at 8:20pm. The telenovela will be aired half an hour for two weeks, sharing the 4pm Schedule with Muchacha Italiana Viene a Casarse, which had 14.4 audience points. This is the telenovela it will substitute and then, it will be aired one hour, starting at 4:20pm. Amor de Barrio is an adaptation of the telenovelas Paloma (1975) and Muchacha de Barrio (1979), with an original script by Fernanda Villeli and Marissa Garrido.
