The industry regrets the death of the Mexican producer Santiago Galindo on the morning of Wednesday, July 11 in Mexico City. Social networks were the means to deliver their condolences and highlight his work. He was one of the most prolific producers in international TV.

“All of us at Univision Communications Inc. is saddened by the death of Santiago Galindo, one of the most outstanding producers in Spanish-language TV. He has left an indelible mark on the entertainment industry. We extend our most heartfelt condolences to his family and co-workers,” said Univision in a statement.
Other executives, such as Eric Jürguensen and Otto Padrón, were shocked by this event, the latter commented: “This news affects us strongly. Knowing Santi was loving him. Rest in peace, friend”.
