TV Azteca: La Voz... México will be programmed two or three times a week

"The main novelty we will have with La Voz... Mexico is that we will have 50, three-hour episodes that will not be aired on Sundays, but during weekdays. There will be weeks with two episodes and weeks with three episodes, programmed two or three times a week, like NBC does in the US, and other countries such as Argentina,” said Alberto Ciurana, general director of Content and Distribution at TV Azteca.

La Voz will be launched in mid-March, and very soon they will reveal the name of hosts and coaches. “At the end of February we will inform, but they are going to be first-rate celebrities,” said Ciurana.

He explained that Acunmedya has to deliver around 1400 hours of content to Azteca Uno, "They negotiated with Talpa, the owners of La Voz, and reached an agreement, similar to México Tiene Talento; and other programs are coming, one on fashion and other realities. That is the TV we want to do," he stated.
