Ultra Docu announced the premiere of El Aroma de la Patria (10/18/2018 at 8pm EST) and Encerrados – La Frontera Interalemana (10/25/2018 at 8pm EST), two captivating documentaries that explore the causes and consequences of the rise and fall of the Berlin Wall.

“This month, we are covering one of the most significant events in modern history. The Berlin Wall not only separated a city between east and west, but it also divided the world between two major social political and economic ideologies,” stated Jesús Piñango, director of TV Content Strategy at Olympusat.

El Aroma de la Patria is an in-depth look at the lives of a group of immigrants living in Today’s Germany. This documentary highlights their unique stories, how they have adapted to change and how the fall of the Berlin Wall continues to affect their lives today.

In Encerrados – La Frontera Interalemana, a group of scientists, academics and journalists, utilizing animation technology, reconstruct for the first time the “Strip of Death”.
