Univision Deportes will broadcast the UEFA Champions League

Univision Deportes begins its tenure as the official Spanish-language broadcaster of UEFA this month, highlighted by coverage of club soccer’s most prestigious competition, the UEFA Champions League.

Beginning with the play-off round August 21-22 and 28-29, Univision Deportes will carry 137 Champions League matches live across its platforms, 97 of which will air on its linear networks (Univision, Univision Deportes Network (UDN), UniMás and Galavisión). The remaining matches will be exclusively available on UnivisionDeportes.com and the Univision Deportes app. Live matches will also air on Univision Deportes Radio.

The action continues September 18-19 with the start of the highly anticipated group stage, featuring megastars like Kylian Mbappé, Lionel Messi, Luka Modrić, Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Univision Deportes’ coverage of UEFA competitions officially gets under way August 15 when crosstown rivals Real Madrid and Atlético de Madrid clash in the UEFA Super Cup, which features the reigning winners of the Champions League and Europa League.
