Univision New York announced a new format for Noticias 41 Solo a las Once (News 41 Only At Eleven). Starting Monday, September 30th, Noticias 41 anchor Yisel Tejada will deliver a deep dive into top headlines, moving beyond the anchor desk for in-depth coverage on the stories impacting Latinos in the New York City metropolitan area the most. It will also include panel discussions featuring experts with opposing views on the day’s topics.

The new format will focus on the most important headlines of the day, allowing viewers to have a better understanding of local news as well as the different points of view held by people directly impacted by those news events.

Viewer participation will play a part in the refreshed newscast, with anchors posing questions to viewers and reading their comments in real-time on-air. Noticias 41 Solo a las Once will be feature new cutting-edge studio technology, which was first unveiled earlier this year.

“Our audience has asked us for a truly interactive news format and we are thrilled to deliver with the reimagined Noticias 41 Solo a las Once. By going beyond the headlines and giving our viewers in-depth coverage of the stories that affect our community the most, our audience will get the accurate and actionable news they need to make informed decisions for themselves and their families,” commented Esteban Creste, VP of News at Univision New York. “As the most trusted Spanish-language news station in the market, the new Noticias 41 Solo a las Once will allow us to bring something truly unique to our viewers in the New York metro area.”
