The challenging 2020 is reaching its end and for Universal Cinergía it is a period to look at the lessons learned these months.

“We are firmly decided to continue offering our clients the best quality and services possible. Our operations team has worked tirelessly to keep projects on time, connected virtually with meetings and daily updates,” explained Elisa Aquino, VP International Sales at the company.

In all of Universal Cinergía´s locations, shooting takes place 50% remotely and 50% in the studio, with all the recommended safety measures and protocols.

“Many of the dubbing actors we work with have invested in equipment to make their home studio, and on a daily basis, efforts are made to improve the quality and make the process as fluent as possible. I don´t want to say that we do not find challenges along the way, but we face them with a positive attitude, always focused on our clients”.

The commercial broadcast has also implied creativity to reach clients in different ways. “New projects continue to arrive and we have even signed with new clients”. This year, they also obtained for the second year the important certification TPN, that validates the quality and safety rigors of their services, and will increase to 49 suites their capability with the expansion of their Mexico City studios.
