The Tu lucha Es Mi Lucha
(Your Fight is My Fight) campaign was launched this September on all Zubi social media, inspired by the agency’s core values.
Proactively promoted by women from all areas of the agency, the Tu lucha es mi lucha (TLML) campaign “follows the values and ethics that our founder, Tere Zubi, instilled in the culture of the agency, and which have endured and are growing to this day. I am very proud of the Zubi team, which endlessly embraces, encourages and promotes these values,” said Tim Swies, CEO and president of the agency.
With this effort the agency has focused on keeping its employees informed about such issues as intersectionality, diversity representation in advertising, and “making sure there is a flow of multicultural professionals ready to pass the torch,” said Pablo Miro, VP of growth marketing at Zubi.
As part of this initiative, the agency is partnering with 4A’s and its Multicultural Advertising Interns Program (including participation in the Face of Talent: Greenhouse workshop in August this year).
The initiative will continue to develop by means of many more projects and partnerships that provide opportunities to fight racism against the Latino community and much more, Miro said.
