2011 Apertura Tournament of the Mexican First Division on ESPN Deportes

ESPN Deportes’ Mexican soccer expert Ciro Procuna will provide analysis of the tournament

ESPN Deportes kicks-off its coverage of the 2011 Apertura Tournament of the Mexican First Division, Sunday, July 31 with the match between Puebla vs. Pachuca. The network will feature 16 regular season games, among which is the big game between two of the top teams in the league, Chivas of Guadalajara against Cruz Azul on Saturday, September 24 at 6pm. ESPN Deportes will air live broadcasts of the matches of Cruz Azul and Santos Laguna, as well as recaps and broadcasts of matches including Jaguares de Chiapas, Monarcas Morelia, Pachuca, Puebla F.C., Club Deportivo Estudiantes Tecos and Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles, the new First Division team. This season, the Fantasía team of ESPN Deportes has completely redesigned the Fantasía Desafío FutMex game to make it more user-friendly and to give it a more attractive interface. Users will be able to be the coach and manager of their own team, build their own team with all the athletes that play in Mexico and can even negotiate trades as the tournament progresses.
