El Extraño Retorno de Diana Salazar with Angelique Boyer and Sebastián Rulli, and the animated comedy series Circo Gómez among the fictional content of TelevisaUnivision

TelevisaUnivision announced the offer of fiction content that will reach the screens of Univisión, UNIMÁS, and ViX. It will include telenovelas such as Vencer la Culpa and Tierra de Esperanzas, plus the adaptation of the melodrama El Extraño Retorno de Diana Salazar and the animated comedy series Circo Gómez, an alliance with Eugenio Derbez’s 3Pas Studios for ViX.

El Extraño Retorno de Diana Salazar is an adaptation of the story of the same name produced in 1989. Starring Angelique Boyer and Sebastián Rulli it’s about two soul mates that are trapped on the threshold between life and death for several centuries. Coming to ViX in 2024.

Circo Gómez is an animated series resulting from ViX’s alliance with 3Pas Studios, a company founded by Ben Odell and Eugenio Derbez, who will be the voice of one of the central characters, a member of a dysfunctional family that runs a cheap traveling circus. The animation studio that created the project is F3 Media, founded by Arturo Navarro and Teco Lebrija.

Additionally, the episodic La Rosa de Guadalupe that in each episode tells inspiring stories in which the protagonists overcome obstacles while remaining loyal to their faith.

Perdona Nuestros Pecados tells the story of the forbidden love of Elsa and Andrés, who fight for their love, with Manuel as an obstacle, who will stop at nothing to keep them apart.

Pienso de Ti, produced by Carlos Bardasano, is the story of Emilia, a young woman who, against her mother’s wishes, pursues her dream of having a successful career in music.

Vencer la Culpa, produced by Rosy Ocampo, will kick off in the fourth quarter of 2023; El Amor Invencible, by Juan Osorio, will be on the air in the second quarter of this year; Tierra de Esperanza, which will hit the screen in the third quarter of the year, features María Teresa, who moves from the city to her family’s ranch to help save it from financial ruin.

Minas de Pasión, starting in the fourth quarter of 2023, features a single mother who works in a gold mine, inherited by an evil woman known as “La Patrona”, a mother of two children.

Mujer will also be released this year. It’s about a woman, Bahar, who after losing her husband in an accident must raise her two children alone and is forced to seek help from her mother, who abandoned her family more than 20 years ago.

Finally, Gloria, based on the story of the Mexican singer Gloria Trevi, from her childhood to her rise to stardom, including the scandals of her life.
