FOX International Channels sells interest in U.S. Spanish language broadcast network MundoFOX

FOX International Channels (FIC) announced that has sold its interest in U.S. Spanish language broadcast network MundoFOX to its joint-venture partner RCN Television Group (RCN). MundoFOX launched in the Fall of 2012 as only the 3rd major national broadcasting company to cater to the U.S. Hispanic market. The network has been home to shows like El Capo, Alias El Mexicano, José de Egipto, Suleimán and 100 Latinos Dijeron as well as national news program Noticias MundoFOX. “We’re proud of having started MundoFOX with RCN and are confident that they will realize all of the potential of the network. Our company continues to be committed to the U.S. Latino marketplace through its Spanish Language channels, FOX Deportes, Nat Geo Mundo and FOX Life.
