Jorge Alonso and Víctor Corrales launched the Spanish production house LyO Media

Executive producers Jorge Alonso and Víctor Corrales created the production company LyO Media, a new independent company with different lines of business within the audiovisual market. It kicked off with several projects that are in different stages of production including fiction, entertainment, and documentary.

Some of these projects include the feature film Camino de la Suerte, which will begin shooting in October, with the collaboration of Canal Sur and the Diputación de Jaén and which is Alonso’s first film as a director. The new season of La Casa de Los Retos with Warner Bros. Discovery. Concurso Familiar broadcast by Boing, Mediaset’s kid’s channel, and which can also be found on the HBO Max platform. Finally, there is La Memoria Escondida, the first documentary by cinematographer José Luis Pecharromán.

LyO Media will be at Iberseries to showcase its original fiction developments under the international co-production format. Alonso and Corrales have years of experience leading various fiction and entertainment productions: the series Más de 100 Mentiras and Campamento Albanta for Atresmedia; the family entertainment shows La Isla del Héroe and Boing Challenge for Boing Spain and Boing Italia, or the game show Bocazas! (Big Mouth!), and the series Coco & Lana for Disney Channel, among others.

The company has the legal support of MRG Abogados and Stratefin for financial management and business strategy.
