LATV and its subsidiary American Latino Syndication announced the culmination of a banner year in 2014, and continued high expectations for 2015. Highlighting the ever growing, ever-evolving LATV Network’s success, are this year’s new additions to the network’s line-up, Las Súper 20 Pop, hosted by Súper Estrella’s Carlos Álvarez, and Las Súper 20 Regional, hosted by Mexican Regional personality Vanessa Palomino. Each program counts down the top hits in LATV’s first collaboration with Entravision Radio. For the sports junkies, LATV’s fan favorite highlight show, El Último Pitazo, a late-night talk show hosted by Jean Duverger with the latest sports-related news, controversies, bloopers, exclusive interviews plus the latest gadgets and accessories, will return with more episodes next year. LATV’s flagship show En La Zona, or ELZ, hosted by Súper Estrella FM’s Keven Ramírez, and a cast of unique and energetic correspondents, made a splash this year with a Latin Grammys Special and breaking entertainment news. Over on the American Latino Syndication side, both nationally televised, English-language properties, American Latino TV and LatiNation both successfully concluded their landmark 13th and 11th seasons respectively. For both LATV Network and American Latino Syndication, 2014 was also a major step in the growth of digital presence. Social media for all properties grew over 200% over the previous year thanks to an increase in exclusive content, interactive contest, and branded integrations. “What we can take away from 2014 is that LATV Networks and American Latino Syndication have developed a relationship with its audiences and with its advertisers that will continue to prosper. While serving the emerging bi-lingual market, we have been able to continue to pursue quality programming targeting both English and Spanish speaking Latinos. The result is continued success across the board,” says Luca Bentivoglio, LATV’s COO.
