Peter Markham appointed interim COO of LBI Media after Winter Horton resignation

Winter Horton, COO of LBI Media (owners of Estrella TV Network) has left the company after 22 years and Peter Markham has been appointed interim COO of LBI Media, according to Media Moves.

In a statement, LBI Media indicated that Horton will “pursue other interests” and thanked him “for his contributions and dedication to the company.”
