{Showpitch.com}, a new online and digital content discovery platform that empowers emerging artists or talent of all kinds and fans with the digital tools they need to connect with industry leaders for a chance to get discovered, announced the launch of its new digital and online 16-week music talent search competition to determine the next Menudo. Sponsored by the Local Honda Dealer Association and in association with the Telemundo Station Group, {Menudo – En Busca de la Nueva Generación;www.produ.com/television/videos/index.html?Noti=9475} marks the first time that an entirely new group of Spanish-language teenage music artists will be discovered online and selected as winners through direct social media fan engagement.At the end of the 16-week digital music talent competition, five winning artists will be offered a music contract by Menudo Entertainment.Beginning July 1, prospective male contestants between the ages of 10 to 15 and their parents can visit Showpitch.com to build their Talent Stage page and submit their three-minute video entry. After the top 25 finalists for Menudo – En Busca de la Nueva Generación are chosen, they will all perform in Miami, Florida before a panel of judges for a chance to win one of the five coveted spots that will determine the next generation of Menudo.“The Menudo talent search comes at a time when the digital era is in its prime with millennials interacting on social media more than ever.
