Twenty of YouTube 's 40 new channels from NBCUniversal's digital portfolio, will be from DreamWorks, which is entirely family content.
“These 40 channels are available for advertisers with pre-roll inventory from the NBCU platforms, not only from the US, but international; along with the Jimmy Fallon platform, we have spectacular inventory available from DreamWorks for families, and the other 20 channels we have are for adults (men and women),” explained Silvia Bruegger, Digital Sales and Creative Strategy director for Latin America at NBCUniversal International Networks during the second day of the NBCU Experience 2018.
She added that these channels are available for direct sales and programmatic. “Additionally, in programmatic we have 12 websites available for client's brands,” she added.
“It is increasingly important to create the adequate storytelling for each platform. Today, our NBCUnlimited content hub is capable of creating content thinking about storytelling,” she said.
Ana Cuevas, Digital director, highlighted the power of live red-carpet E! event coverage —a total of seven a year. She mentioned that Latin Americans spend 45% more time on social networks. “It isn´t a secret that brands are working more and more with influencers and what is known as influencer marketing to approach these audiences on social networks. For the year 2019, we have created a property that links influencer marketing with our access to red carpets and we called it the E! Takeover,” she expressed.
They also mentioned the new multiplatform show, in Spanish and English, The Mix, produced at Telemundo Center.
