HITN announces the 10-year anniversary campaign of its health and wellness brand, including the TV program Vida y Salud developed and hosted by physician and author Dra. Aliza Lifshitz.

The program is presented by HITN TV every day with a robust extension on www.VidaySalud.com, the site attracts 2.5 million visitors from around the world.

“Vida y Salud is a very important brand for HITN. We recently redesigned the website and expanded it with hundreds of carefully curated short videos that provide US Hispanic families with tips for adopting a more healthful lifestyle. We’ve taken the brand to the next level by producing our own show with content that specifically addresses the health topics that most interest Spanish-speaking audiences,” explained Maximiliano Vaccaro, HITN’s VP for Digital Services.

Back in 2011, Dr. Aliza along with her husband Carl Kravetz launched VidaySalud.com, the Spanish-language website, which features scientifically sound health and medical information, has developed a strong following among users who appreciate its clear and simple style.

In March 2017 HITN launched a daily block Vida y Salud designed to promote health and well-being among US Hispanic audiences, hosted by Dr. Aliza. Today, the Vida y Salud brand has broad recognition among the US Hispanic community.

The daily block has grown to a joint production with TV Azteca and is being supported by HITN’s digital platform and airs on HITN screens across the United States. The www.VidaySalud.com website, which has an international audience of more than two million, has information about more than 5,000 medical topics, presented in a dynamic and entertaining format. The brand also has 600,000 followers on Facebook and Instagram and half a million subscribers to its monthly newsletter.

To celebrate the 10 years of Vida y Salud, HITN is planning an anniversary edition of its newsletter and promotional activities on social media and the vidaysalud.com home page.
