Dieste announced the launch of its latest campaign for Cricket Wireless, titled Strength in Numbers. Developed in collaboration with award-winning director Malik Vitthal, the campaign is a powerful celebration of the enduring legacy of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
The film highlights Cricket’s long-standing support for HBCUs, a partnership that began in 2018. It showcases how the HBCU experience fosters confidence, unity, and a sense of belonging that resonates well beyond the campus environment.
The campaign features a team of top-tier talent, including cinematographer Autumn Durald (Black Panther) and choreographer Brittany Russell-Perry (BET Awards). Crucially, the campaign also includes Cricket’s own HBCU student ambassadors, whose authentic voices and perspectives were vital in bringing the project to life.
