
Fans Around the World Can Watch the São Paulo Game for Free on YouTube
The National Football League has announced its gameday entertainment lineup for the 2025 NFL São Paulo game, where the Kansas City Chiefs will take on the Los Angeles Chargers in the league’s return to South America on Sept. 5.
Grammy Award-winning Latin music superstar Karol G will perform at the halftime show during YouTube’s first exclusive NFL live broadcast of the 2025 São Paulo game. Karol G has solidified her place as one of the most powerful forces in global music, captivating audiences with her boundary- pushing sound and chart-topping hits.
“I’m so excited to be part of YouTube’s first-ever NFL live broadcast, it’s truly an honor and a moment I’m so proud to be part of. I’ve watched many NFL halftime shows over the years and now having this opportunity to bring my music to this global stage means the world to me. I can’t wait to celebrate with everyone in São Paulo and fans all around the world”, said Karol G.
Karol G’s halftime performance will be shown during the 2025 São Paulo game broadcast on YouTube for fans around the world – including those in Brazil.
The NFL will continue to celebrate the incredible sounds of Latin America throughout the São Paulo game. Prior to kickoff and a curated in-game sound lineup, in partnership with SoundOn Global, Brazilian star Ana Castela will perform the country’s National Anthem Hino Nacional Brasileiro.
“I never imagined I’d have the chance to sing the anthem at an event like the NFL São Paulo game, especially in Brazil. It’s a huge honor – the emotion is indescribable. It’s going to be a very special moment, not just for me, but for everyone watching. I confess, I’m a little nervous; I can’t wait to be there!”, said Castela.
In addition, Grammy and Emmy nominated American composer and jazz saxophonist Kamasi Washington will perform the U.S. National Anthem. Kamasi’s sound blends elements of traditional jazz with Latin, African, hip hop and soul influences – celebrating diverse musical genres loved across Latin America.

This marks a major milestone as YouTube’s first-ever exclusive live NFL game, offering fans a free and accessible way to watch. Coverage begins with YouTube’s pre-game show at 8 p.m. local time (BRT) with the game kicking off at 9 p.m. local time (BRT).
