Azteca America was the fastest-growing Spanish-language network for November 2015 year-over-year among Total Viewers and Adults 18-49, reporting +48% and +57% year-over-year growth in the demos, respectively, according to Nielsen. Reaching more than 9.6 million total viewers and more than 4.2 million adults 18-49 in prime time, Azteca also delivered the network’s highest rated November prime time performance in three years. The network finished the month with one of the youngest prime time audiences among Spanish-language broadcast networks. The Adults 18-34 audience grew +70% year-over-year. Millenials 18-34 made up 47.2% of Azteca’s 18-49 audience, ranking Azteca's audience comp with young adults ahead of all other Spanish-language broadcast networks, including Telemundo (45.5%) and Univision (44.5%). Azteca’s prime time median age for November was 39, while Telemundo’s was 44 and Univision’s was 41. The strong double and triple-digit growth in prime time ratings among Adults 18-49 was driven by regular programming as compared to the November 2014 programming lineup. The reach and average audience growth in the demo for prime time programs include game show Escape Perfecto with 1.2 million viewers (+92%), reality program La Isla with 1.5 million viewers (+119%) and magazine program Al Extremo with 2.0 million viewers (+35%).
