Multimedios TV will broadcast live coverage of Copa MX

Monterrey, Mexico, channel Multimedios TV, whose presence is quickly expanding across the United States, announced that during August and September it will broadcast live coverage of five matches of the group stage of the prestigious Copa MX soccer tournament.All matches take place at 9pm Central Time, and feature the Tigres football club of the Autonomous University of Nuevo León, located in Monterrey. One of the most prominent teams of Mexico’s first-division Liga MX, Tigres always offer exciting play.In August, Multimedios TV telecasts three matches. On Wednesday, August 7, Tigres play at home against Cruz Azul Hidalgo of the second-division league, Ascenso MX. On Wednesday, August 21, Tigres visit Zacatepec (Morelos) of the Ascenso MX. On Wednesday, August 28, the two teams face off again in Monterrey.In September, Multimedios TV telecasts an additional two games – Tigres’ Wednesday, September 18 home game against first-division Santos Laguna of Torreón, Coahuila, and the teams’ Tuesday, September 24 rematch in Torreón.First played in 1907, the Copa MX has delighted fans in Mexico and around the world with its vibrant mix of top-flight and up-and-coming teams.Available on cable and telco systems from coast-to-coast across the United States, Multimedios TV brings Mexico’s news, culture, sports and entertainment to its rapidly growing audiences.
