Talented meteorologist and journalist Jessica Delgado joins Univision Noticias

TelevisaUnivision announced that Jessica Delgado, a talented meteorologist, and journalist, joined Univision Noticias programming on August 1.

Delgado will report daily weather updates on morning programming such as Despierta América and ViX’s La Voz de la Mañana. Additionally, she will report breaking weather updates on all news programming within Univision Noticias.

Delgado brings over a decade of experience as a journalist, with at least nine years as a meteorologist. She has covered severe weather and environmental events such as tornadoes, blizzards, extreme flooding, dust storms, and hurricanes. Prior to joining Univision Noticias, Delgado worked as a meteorologist in Telemundo Chicago.

Delgado has her master’s degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from Mississippi State University and her bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and International Relations from the University of Miami.
