Foodie on the Go, a new food and travel series that brings restaurants and small food businesses to the fore, will premiere in Q1 2025 and is a 30-minute, six-episode unscripted limited docu-follow series.

It is executive produced by Chiquis, Richard Bull, Sebastián Jiménez, and LatiNation Media’s Andrés Palencia, and Bruno Seros Ulloa. Chiquis’ Busy Bee Productions produced the series with LatiNation Media.

Chiquis said, “I wanted to have Foodie on the Go be one of Busy Bee Productions’ first shows because I want people to know the story of who’s cooking the food and why. It’s one of my favorite parts of the show. Getting inspired by the food, the culture, the crunch, the spice and also meeting the owners and staff. It’s getting inspired and connecting with the culture through the dish and the people making and serving the food.”

“To have a series like Foodie on the Go kick-off 2025 for us goes back to our mission of content and culture created by Latinos for a multi-generation audience,” said Andrés Palencia, CEO, of LatiNation Media. “We’re excited to showcase a different kind of food culture show, one that is uniquely Chiquis.”

“We are excited to have Chiquis as a part of the LatiNation Media family,” added Bruno Seros-Ulloa, COO and president of LatiNation Media. “She represents the intersection of dual cultures and heritage and this show reflects the unique experiences and important stories surrounding food across the U.S. To see her stop off at different locations while on tour – and camera – is the ultimate road trip.”

THE SERIES

In this 30-minute series, Chiquis will take her love of food and travel to the road, going on epic road trips to find the wildest food in the U.S.

Each episode will feature her at a local eating spot, renowned 5-star restaurants, food trucks, neighborhood staples, or street food carts. She’ll chat with each establishment’s chefs, kitchen, and food staff as they dig into each dish. Chiquis’ natural conversation style lends itself to the deep-dive stories around the food and the amazing characters at these eateries. Also, Chiquis’ passion for supporting small businesses will be at the series’ core, finding true local entrepreneurs and their passion for cooking and food.
