SoFast: “We Are Looking for Content Providers in LatAm and U.S. Hispanic Markets”

7 de febrero de 2025

Yanai Arfi, founder and CEO of SoFast, said the Company recently signed two major agreements, one involving live sports events for platform distribution

SoFast, a technology provider offering an end-to-end solution for content owners, is now connected to a network of 192 platforms worldwide to distribute the channels it provides to clients.

“We are looking for more platforms and Spanish-language content providers from LatAm and the U.S. Hispanic market who want to distribute their content globally,” said Yanai Arfi, founder and CEO of SoFast.

The company not only creates and manages FAST channels but also distributes and monetizes them. “The client grants us access to the content, and we handle everything else. We can also retrieve content if it’s shared in our database. Since we are connected to 192 platforms, we distribute and monetize the channel. Unlike our competitors, we do not charge a connection fee,” Arfi explained.

LIVE SPORTS EVENTS

SoFast recently signed two major agreements, one involving live sports events for platform distribution. The company now offers 12 channels focused on different sports, including handball, basketball, boxing, wrestling, and soccer.

“In this case, instead of offering just the live broadcast hours, the platform gets access to a full channel, including archives and live events. Plus, we distribute the signal under the client’s brand, as our channel is white-label—something no one else does in sports event channels,” Arfi noted.

Additionally, last December, SoFast signed an exclusive agreement with Hispasat to provide content—including FAST channels, pay TV, VOD, and TV games—to the Spanish satellite operator’s OTT service in Latin America. Contracts have already been signed in seven Latin American countries.
