
Laurent Ezekiel, Cindy Rose, and Devika Balchandani
WPP announced a series of key global leadership appointments aimed at enhancing client solutions and accelerating growth across its network.
Devika Bulchandani has been named Chief Operating Officer of WPP. In this role, she will focus on commercializing services and solutions across WPP to drive “intelligent growth” for clients. She will work closely with WPP agencies, country managers, and global client leaders. Bulchandani previously served as Global CEO of Ogilvy, where she led the network to unprecedented success, making it the first agency to be named both the Most Creative and Most Effective in the world for three consecutive years (2023-2025) on WARC’s rankings.
Laurent Ezekiel will succeed Bulchandani as Global CEO of Ogilvy Group and Executive Sponsor for WPP Open X. Ezekiel brings extensive experience from his recent role as CEO of WPP Open X for The Coca-Cola Company, a partnership he secured and scaled into the industry’s largest-ever global marketing agency partnership. Under his leadership, the partnership won Brand of the Year at the 2024 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. As Ogilvy’s new leader, he will oversee the network’s global business, including its integrated marketing capabilities and creative boutiques.
Floriane Tripolino has been appointed CEO of WPP Open X, the dedicated agency team for The Coca-Cola Company. She will build on the partnership’s successful model, focusing on scaling solutions like Studio X and leveraging data and AI to drive innovation. Tripolino joins the team following the partnership’s renewal in May 2025 and after four impactful years leading the Nestlé account, where she expanded WPP’s footprint and positioned the company as a key partner in Nestlé’s marketing transformation.
