Alegria brings an extraordinary legacy of leadership and innovation in Latino media. Most recently serving as President and CEO of MundoNow, Alegria developed the digital-first platform to remarkable heights, garnering 36 Emmy Awards in four years, including one for his own exceptional leadership. At MundoNow, he also pioneered Oyenos Audio, a groundbreaking Latino podcast network that reshaped storytelling for bilingual and bicultural audiences across the U.S.

His strategic efforts have won over 100 International Latino Book Awards and helped redefine the perception of Latinos as a dynamic, content-savvy audience with significant cultural and economic influence.
