Tony Waissmann
Tony Waissmann, a recognized figure in the Latin American advertising industry and current Miami Head of the U.S. Hispanic Creative Circle, has unveiled his latest venture: 52. A dream company. The new agency, Waissmann explains, “was conceived to bring back freshness, collaboration, and agility to the business of ideas.”
Moving away from replicating traditional models, 52 is born as a company seeking to “simplify processes, eliminate bureaucracy, and focus on the essential: generating ideas capable of solving real problems with impact on brands, clients, and people.” The name and logo, inspired by the spirit of sports, reflect the core values driving its philosophy: “speed, teamwork, and the conviction to always move forward.”
“We dreamed our whole lives of creating a place like this. A space with brutal honesty where we are happy working, where everyone feels like they are part of something, and where clients find a genuine partner who understands their problems and helps solve them with creativity and agility. Where relationships work because both parties choose to be there,” stated Tony Waissmann, Founder and CCO of 52.
Waissmann is a highly awarded creative, garnering multiple international accolades—including Cannes Lions, Clio, Effie, D&AD, LIA, NYF, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, and FIAP, among others. He was named one of the top ten creative directors in Latin America three times, Best Creative in Argentina in 2022, and one of the 100 most influential creatives in the world by Creativepool in 2020. Beyond the awards, his mission is clear: to reignite the passion for creation.
With offices in Miami and Buenos Aires, 52 is positioned as a space where creativity and job satisfaction coexist. Its motto, “fewer words, more work,” encapsulates the agency’s essence: less talk, more action; fewer slides, more ideas.
After almost three decades of experience leading projects for Latin America and the U.S., Waissmann launches 52 as a new type of agency: a place where dreaming and working are part of the same purpose.
