HBO: We are expanding our original content like never before in Latin America

HBO Latin America announced today the expansion of their original production in Latin America, including Brazil, duplicating the number of local productions on screen, compared to 2015. “We are expanding our original content like never before. We understand that content consumption tastes and preferences in Latin America are increasingly diversified and demanding,” commented Luis Peraza, president of HBO Latin America´s Networks.According to Peraza, Latin American consumer preferences oblige HBO to broaden its offer, “maintaining what makes HBO unique, that is their different and exclusive stories.”Brazil and Mexico are key markets for this growth. In Brazil, the new original dramatic series A Vida Secreta dos Casais was announced. In addition to this, they also have the new seasons of O Negocio and Magnifica 70.In Mexico, HBO takes to the screen a new season of Sr. Ávila, they developed new stories with Dios Inc., and presented new formats with Chumel.
