ITV Studios acquired Israeli production and distribution company Armoza Formats

The British company ITV Studios acquired the Israelian production and distribution company Armoza Formats, that will now be part of the ITV’s Global Creative Network, led by Mike Beale. Armoza will continue operating from Tel Aviv with its current team and the new formats will be produced with the production companies of ITV Studios in the territories where they are present.

Armoza was created by Avi Armoza and has more than 100 formats of their own in their catalog, many of which have been sold worldwide, including Latin America, such as The Four (produced by Canal 1 from Colombia), Still Standing and I Can Do That!

“Armoza Formats has become one of the leading creators and distributors all over the world, with several international hits. This opportunity to work together with Avi and his team and combine experience with the presence ad scope of ITV will undoubtedly allow us, to create many more international hits in the future,” said Maria Kyriacou, president of ITV Studios International.
