Time Inc. and Telemundo to launch a new TV series called SOS: Salva Mi Casa

Time Inc. and Telemundo today announced the launch of a new television series, SOS: Salva Mi Casa, premiering Saturday, April 11 at 12pm ET/PT on Telemundo.The home improvement show, Time Inc.’s first Spanish-language television program and its first major collaboration with Telemundo, has been picked up for one season.Each installment of SOS: Salva Mi Casa will follow real families in need of room renovations, whether it be transforming a guest room into a nurturing nursery or an office space into a teenage boy’s oasis. Host Andrea Minski and general contractor José Pérez come to the rescue, surprising homeowners to help fulfill the home improvement goals they don’t have the skills or the time to achieve.”We are delighted to be working with Telemundo to create exciting, original programming. Time Inc. is expanding in many ways, including the launch of new digital, video and television products, and we’re thrilled to add our first Spanish-language TV venture to the mix with SOS: Salva Mi Casa,” said Evelyn Webster, EVP Time Inc. This Old House editor Scott Omelianuk, television executive Edward J. O’Donnell and Jesús “Chuchi” Rivero serve as executive producers.
