La Bella y las Bestias (80×60’), W Studios’ sixth production with Lemon Studios, presents 100% work in locations, which adds value to the stories, according to Carlos Bardasano Jr., SVP General Content at W Studios.

“This story, like all the stories we make, is shot 100% in locations, and although it is more complicated, more expensive and it is a challenge to do it, we think it is part of what adds reality to the story, which the audience looks for increasingly. It isn’t always easy,” highlighted Bardasano, who mentioned that during the shooting of La Bella y la Bestia they had the case of the earthquake in Mexico that forced them to move some locations because part of the city was paralyzed. “In the end, it was worth it and we had great results with all the shootings to be on time” he added.

He also said that they are working increasingly better with Lemon Studios. “We complement each other very well. They bring plenty of elements to the table that complement our strengths. It is a relationship we want to continue growing and are very happy to work with them,” he expressed.

For her part, Esperanza Pimentel, star of La Bella y las Bestias, wanted to emphasize that this is not a narcoseries but an action series.

Jorge Alberti, the actor of La Bella y las Bestias, highlighted that Mike, the character he portrays, trainer of the series’ star, Isabela León (Pimentel), has all the elements any actor would love to play.
