BBDO NY promotes campaign for the NGO Autism Speaks

BBDO New York created an integrated campaign for the NGO Autism Speaks, which promotes the MSSNG initiative. This is a new scientific research open platform that will store the largest database from the genomic sequenced world of people with autism. The idea is for scientists from all over the world to have access to this data to find answers to a disorder that affects thousands of families on the planet.The campaign began with an art exhibition titled the MSSNG Lab, in which the photographer and biochemist, Linde Gledhill, made 10,000 posters of crystallized DNA, that are for sale to support the research of the MSSNG project. That night limited edition books were also sold, with the striking and colorful images of the ADN and stories of families and children with autism. On the other hand, they built a {web experience;http://www.mss.ng} in which people can explore ADN in a virtual microscope and create their own composition to later share on social media or download.“MSSNG has the potential to change the future of millions of people with autism and this event is designed to raise awareness about this”, said Liz Feld, president of Autism Speaks. “We are grateful to BBDO for helping us develop the program and raise awareness about the project in such a big and diverse audience”.Once the project is accomplished, all the information will be available on the Google cloud for scientists of the world.
