Grupo Bimbo appoints PHD as Global Media Agency

PHD has been appointed by Grupo Bimbo, the largest bakery company in the world, to become their global media agency for 2024 onwards. After a 3-month pitch process involving all their active media markets and incumbents, an aligned global decision has been made, appointing PHD. Grupo Bimbo is headquartered in Mexico and represents over 100 leader & prestige brands such as Bimbo, Thomas Bagels, Arnold, Oroweat, Entenmann’s, Little Bites or Takis. Grupo Bimbo has grown at speed and has active operation in 34 countries in America, Asia, Europe and Africa. The Media RFP was managed by Flock Associates who will be handling the ongoing transition.
