Throughout his life, creative and artistic disciplines have always motivated Kasakoff: he studied Advertising, Art History and Film Directing.He began his career as a freelance graphic designer, from 1995 to 2000, and then jumped into one of the agencies that have made history in Argentina advertising: Agulla and Baccetti.In 2002, with his partner and friend Claudio Pastorino, he creates Nunchaku. In 2003, Kasakoff was one of 25 selected for Saatchi’s New Directors Showcase. Thereafter, among many other awards, he won a Golden Lion and Silver Lion at Cannes and two D & AD Yellow Pencils, one of the most coveted awards in the UK.Moved by his passion for image and by intuition, he decided to try in the world of cinema. His gamble paid off. With his natural talent, combined with his obsession for sensitive and contemporary style comedy, his work began to shine.Recently, he worked in an advertising campaign for Ford EcoSport called Curiosity, a production that was held in conjunction with the agency Blue Hive. The piece opens brand new territory of sustained communication with the importance of curiosity and motivation in life and the constant search to satisfy that curiosity.Meanwhile, the 360° proposal of the new EcoSport, includes presence in print, film, TV and digital, among others.
